White-label insurance quoting — your brand, not ours
What changes per brokerage
- Colour
- The brokerage’s own, applied to headings, plan columns and the document’s rules. Rabt’s navy does not appear on it.
- Logo
- The brokerage’s mark, at the size their own stationery uses, not scaled into a slot shaped for ours.
- Heading type
- The typeface the brokerage already prints in, embedded in the PDF so it renders the same on every machine.
- Footer wording
- Their licence number, their regulator, their disclaimer — in English, or English and Arabic side by side.
- Accent
- The second colour that marks the selected plan, chosen to stay legible against the brokerage’s own ground in both light and dark.
Why a quote document is worth the trouble
The quote is the only part of a brokerage’s work most clients ever look at closely. It gets forwarded to a finance director, printed, compared against a competitor’s, and kept on file for a year. A document that carries somebody else’s branding tells the client who actually did the work — and invites them to go there directly at renewal.
This is also why the preview below shows the premium page rather than the cover. A cover page is easy to brand and proves nothing. The page that carries the numbers is where a white-label system either holds together or gives itself away.
Your brand
Your document. Not ours.
Your name, your colours, your typeface, your wording. Rabt does not appear on the quote your client opens, and it does not appear in the file name either.

Branding is set once per brokerage — colour, logo, heading typeface, footer wording — and applies to every quote produced afterwards, by anyone on the team.
