What to include

If you are asking about access, the three things that let us answer properly in one reply rather than three: the brokerage’s name, which emirates you write business in, and roughly how many quotes a month you produce. The request form asks for exactly those.

Corrections

The guides and glossary on this site describe UAE insurance mechanics as we understand them from the charts and documents we handle. If something is wrong, or has changed, we would rather hear it than leave it up. Say which page and what is wrong, and it gets corrected with the date updated.

Existing customers

Sign in and use the console. Anything reported from inside an account arrives with the brokerage attached, which is usually the difference between a fix and a conversation about which account you meant.
