About Rabt

Rabt is quoting software for UAE insurance brokers, built in Dubai. It exists because comparing UAE health insurance plans accurately is a genuinely hard data problem that brokers are expected to solve in a spreadsheet, under time pressure, several times a week.

Why Rabt exists

A UAE broker asked to compare seven health plans for a family of four has to read seven rate charts with no common age grid between them, seven tables of benefits with no common row order, and a set of eligibility rules that are not numbers at all. Then a member gets added and most of it has to be done again.

Nobody does that badly through carelessness. It is error-prone by construction, at exactly the point where it has to be done fastest. Rabt reads the charts once and computes from them afterwards, which turns an afternoon of transcription into a lookup.

What Rabt deliberately does not do

Rabt is software. It does not underwrite, place or advise on insurance; cover is arranged by the licensed broker using it. Rabt holds no insurer’s rates on a brokerage’s behalf and does not aggregate one brokerage’s book into a market view. A brokerage’s inventory, clients and quotes belong to that brokerage, are readable only by it, and are exportable on request.

Rabt also does not advise. Which plan suits a client is the broker’s licensed judgement, and software that offered an opinion on it would be doing something it is not authorised to do.

Where Rabt is built

Dubai. That matters more than it usually does for software: the product models DHA, DOH and Northern Emirates rules as separate things because they are, prices in dirhams with the per-member levy and VAT applied in the right order, and renders quote documents that can carry English and Arabic side by side.

See it on your own rate charts

Rabt is not a demo account with somebody else’s plans in it. Load one insurer’s rate chart and table of benefits, and quote from them the same day.
